• Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: €12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date of receipt.

Return & Exchange Process

1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line „Return/Exchange Request“ and include the following information:
   • Your order number
   • The item you wish to return or exchange
   • The reason for the return or exchange
2. Receive Return Instructions: Our customer service team will email you return instructions, including the return address and any additional necessary information.
3. Send the Item Back: Securely package the item and send it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us.
4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship the exchange item.

Refund and Timeframe

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened or used seed packets
• Plants that have already been planted
• Items damaged due to improper handling
